Material Choice;
Iron; Iron material can be some samll size product (below 45mm), the cost is more cheaper than brass and zinc alloy
and also the iron material can sticker with magnet, so it is the best choice for the magnet pins.
Brass; Brass is the best material to make the products, if your products are for collection and memorial , we recommed this material.
Zinc alloy; zinc alloy is the best material for die casting process, it for the big size ( over 50mm) products. its create strong, durable,
lightweight and elaborate product, also if your design with cut out area, we must use this material.
Aluminum; aluminum is the lightest material and can be anodized any pantone color, like red, greed etc.
